Refund Policy
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call 200 71661 to inform one of our colleagues whether you would like a refund; as per our refund policy. To speed up the process, please have your Invoice number to hand before calling.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds or Exchanges are only applicable on products that are unrepairable and within 24 hours from delivery of the product. Refunds or Exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase; please provide your invoice number when returning a product.
FAULTY APPLIANCES
If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (12 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
